Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a beautiful ancient art that is often misunderstood.

Crystals work with our energies to help us feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.Why wouldn't you want to experience that?

Crystals have energy, just as we do - when we are tired, we are lacking in energy, when we are excited we have energy in abundance. Crystals and minerals, rocks and stones grow within the earth, developing personalities and properties with each phase of growth, just as we humans do. Crystals share their energy with ours to heal us and rid us of dis-ease or thought patterns/activities that no longer serve us.

Crystals, minerals, rocks and stones should be treated with respect, cared for, understood and loved.

I have included a crystal properties page with links to the Mindat website for further mineralogical information. These properties have been collected from the many books I have read, experiences I have had and meditations I have completed. I will be adding a 'useful books' page very soon - however, the number of pages I am using so far is getting slightly out of hand!

The mindat website is an extremely useful Mineral database which I refer to regularly.

I will be adding minerals, such as Langite, which you wouldn't usually find in crystal healing books, my aim is to work with every mineral in existence and research their properties.
