Harlow Hill 4 Bramham 2

by Unknown - 08:52 on 13 March 2011

Forced into several  changes there was an unfamiliar look to the Bramham line up, but nevertheless they took the lead when Greensmith fired home from close range after just 2 minutes.

The reshuffle of the Bramham pack  meant unacustomed roles in  a 4-3-3 format and the visitors paid the price when Harlow hit back with 3 soft goals before the break.

Reverting to a 4-4-2 at the interval the visitors grabbed a goal back when Hutchinson headed home. As Bramham threatened to get right back into the game they were dealt a cruel blow when within  5 minutes Stead and Stapleton suffered injuries and were no more than passengers for the last half an hour. Having used their substitutes at the break Bramham were unable to bolster their troops and the harsh dismissal of Jack Crawley effectively left Bramham with 8 active outfield players.

The visitors  battled to the end but were dealt a killer blow when Harlow got a late 4th to complete the scoring

The attitude of certain players has to change,we cannot have players dictating when or where they want to play.If you dont want play on a Saturday afternoon because you have got a final the following day, then you need to grow some b**ls.Im just glad that we are in a position where it(hopefully)wont cost us anything.Players should not start dictating to the management over team selection(inless you are the captain)I just hope that we have all learnt from this!Everything was wrong on Saturday from start to finish, lets get back to winning ways this weekend
