Bramham 1 Wetherby Athletic 4

by Unknown - 18:17 on 20 November 2010

Bramham slumped to their second successive 4-1 home defeat in a spell of 4 home losses on the bounce.

The game followed the pattern of the previous week with the homeside trailing by 3 goals at the break.

An own, goal , a wonder stroke and a penalty had Wetherby out of sight within the half hour, but despite the scoreline Bramham has several chances to be well in the game but some good keeping kept them at bay.

Bramham grabbed a goal back when Nathan Christopher converted a penalty he had earnt and for a spell Bramham looked like they may get back into the game. More fine saves and a strike against the post followed but Wetherby were more clinical in front of goal and better organised in defence and wrapped the game up with a fourth on 75 minutes.

The recent string of results and absence of key players has left the management with plenty to think about ahead of the visit of old foes Bedale Town next Saturday, when Bramham will be looking to put an end to this woeful spell and regain some form.
