Otley Rovers 6 Bramham 1

In recent seasons trips to Otley Rovers have rarely been succesful ones for Bramham and Rovers gained revenge for their  2- 0 defeat at Bramham with an excellent performance

Unprepared, disorganised, complacent, are just some of the kinder words to describe this debacle as Bramham were simply  blown away by a team that showed all the qualities that Bramham lacked.

2 goals down after 20 minutes, this Bramham side never even got into first gear as they were simply brushed aside by a talented and disciplined Rovers team who outplayed the vistors for much of the match.

It was hard to recognise the Bramham team that had won 5 succesive Premier League games and they were fortunate to go in just 2 goals down at the interval.

They briefly threaten to make a game of it when Walton scored on 48 minutes but Rovers quickly restored their 2 goal lead as Bramhams defence took the afternoon off. Had it not been for Elliotts heroics in goal the scoreline could have been even more emphatic.

Even when having bad days Bramham carry a real threat up front but they couldn't take the chances that came their way and Otley rounded off their win with 3 goals in the last 10 minutes for a well deserved victory.

It is hard to imagine Bramham playing quite so badly as this again, but there is plenty for the team to work on!
