Bramham won their first premier league match for over 20 years with a solid display and some good open football

Edwards and Hudson were commanding figures in the back four and Firth rolled back the years with a superb first half performance. Time and again he intelligently held the ball and sprayed pin point passes reminiscent of his golden years.

It was Dowson however who set up the first goal collecting a beautifully weighted pass he slid the ball into the area for Kitchen to pounce and crash the ball home into the roof of the net.

It was against the run of play that Harlow got back into the game just before the interval when a wicked bounce deceived the Bramham defence to allow a tap in from 6 yards.

This was rough justice on Bramham who deserved to be well in front at the break and more Bramham pressure in the second half brought about the winner. Kitchen was again on the spot heading in following a fine cross from the right.

Biscombe headed against the bar and Wright on for Firth also hit the woodwork as the Harlow goal came under seige at times. The only suprise at the end of this game was the 2-1 scoreline as in reality Bramham ran out easy winners.
