When a simple acknowledgement is enough to help the energy along

My life is changing. Dramatically. All whilst I'm pregnant. I am stepping out of my comfort zone in ways I've never know. Aside from the nagging concern that I'm not helping my baby, I have been freaking out about the changes I have to make as a self-employed person in what I refer to as my "day job". I have reached out for help and it seems to be forthcoming but the reality of what I need to do is overwhelming me. I realised this, and sat with it and accepted it. Then all of a sudden I felt a wash of calm come over me. The simple act of ackowledging how I felt was enough to change the energy - for the moment. By accepting how I feel instead of resisting I've been able to change how I feel. Without doing anything other than removing the resistance. The Mind Calm Meditation technique teaches a lot about how to do this and I will soon share some nuggets with you all once I am qualified! I hope this helps some of you!
