The first meeting of the 'Friends of the Mausoleum' group was held at the Pier Hotel in Kilmun on 28 February 2012. Around 25 people attended and heard updates on the Mausoleum project from Director Ann Galliard and Chair Dinah McDonald. The group was full of enthusiasm for what has been done and many signed up to work as part of various teams on future aspects of uncovering the story of the Mausoleum, the Church and graveyard and the local community.
