Alfreton Town council commissioned the following report. The report is very much at odds with the one published by Capita Symonds. . Please read it and the go to OBJECTION LETTERS where you will find a letter to down load. It is essential that as many letters are sent to AVBC. They must be sent to be received by the 5th of December.

CAPITA SYMONDS REVISED OUTSEATS PLAN
SEPTEMBER UPDATE. ALFRETONS APPLICATION FOR VILLAGE GREEN STATUS.
ALFRETON APPLIES FOR VILLAGE/TOWN GREEN STATUS.
On the 23rd of July the Outseats Farm protest group applied to Derbyshire County Council for Village / Town Green Status. Also sent was sufficient Witness Statements to start things off.
It is necessary to submit many, many more. Which we can do even after submission of our application.
So that we reach as many residents of Alfreton as possible with this information. The Town Council have been asked for their help in the use of the Alfreton Town Newsletter, published by the Council to publicise the application. This Newsletter is distributed to everyone in Alfreton, so will give good publicity in the effort to get many more Witness Statements and to let people know that work is still going on to secure Outseats Farm for our residents.
So far we have only about 30 Witness Statements but the target is over 300 to make our application viable.
We really need all of you reading this to rally around and get people to download the witness Statement Forms or get them from the people below, fill them in, this only takes a few minuets then return them to any one of the addresses below. Your support is vital.
