Yesterday saw Hugh travelling back down to Worcester with Nell & Bess for another days's herding.  This was Nell's first visit to Andy's - we werent' qute sure how she would behave. having a tendency to hot headedness. In the event she was very good - helped by the well dogged calm sheep - the sheep & the space seems to be a key to Nell's behaviour. She worked well & calmly with a good attitude -  a productive day.

 Seen here calmly penning her sheep, eleven month old Bess is a willing &  focused worker.  Apart from a brief  'look' at sheep at Jackie's when she was four months , this is only her second time working sheep!
