Success in coaching doesn't just happen it is determined by the issues the coach and his/her players are able to solve together. However, It is by doing well what the coach knows best and doing it to his/her best ability, is what really determines the quality of his/her performance. Nevertheless, a coach must never promise what he/she cannot deliver or produce, while, preparation and persistence are fundamental issues in obtaining a coach's desire results integrity is candour and sovereign to everything else since honesty and straightforwardness are of paramount importance in coaching people for they will reflect on the coach's overall impression and they are by far the most remembered qualities of a coach regardless how much success he/she had brought to an individual or team.
