Jan 04-2011 update - Happy New Year everyone. Quick update on current status - after a very heavy xmas i have started training again as i have already entred the 220 Stratford Fun2Tri triathlon in May this year. i will also be entering an olympic distance triathlon again but yet undecided on which one so watch this space for details.

This website has been created to track / follow my preperation for this years Olympic Distance Triathlon. click on the "Triathlon Training Log" tab down the left hand side to track my current training schedule.

Im sure you are aware of what a triathlon is and what it consists of but if your not please click on the "What Is Triathlon" tab down the left-hand side for further information.

This website will also detail upcoming events that i intend to participate in, the equipment i use, my training log, training partners and much more so please take your time in visiting the website and clicking on the tabs down the left hand side.
