GREENBELT, 2017
After engaging people in conversation at the Greenbelt Festival, on August 26 and 27, 2017, I gave each of them a leaflet containing the following information.
A GENTLE REMINDER
WE ARE ALL ONE
Did you know that you already know that we and everything around us are all interconnected, interrelated and interdependent because we and everything around us are all made of the same stuff, i.e. energy clumped together and vibrating at different frequencies, but that you have forgotten this fact? (See Book List, available on request.)
So, where did this energy come from? And the answer we have been given is from 'The Prime Source', 'First Cause', 'The Creator', which some people still call ‘God' (yet not in its tradition-al, existing-out-there, made-in-the image-of-man sense but in the following updated manner.)
And the reason why this entity, we are being informed, exploded out of no thing, at the time of ‘The Big Bang’, to produce the universe, both the seen and the unseen, was so that It might experience Itself in all of Its magnificence in the material realm.
For, although He knew conceptually that He is magnificent, what He longed for was to know this feeling experientially. And the way in which She does this - in the realm of the relative thereby created (as compared to that of the absolute where She resides) - is through us, Her spirit children.
‘God’, therefore, created not only the physical universe in this one glorious moment but the metaphysical as well.
The latter It produced by dividing Itself into an infinite number of spiritual units, some of which incarnate on this planet into a human life form, whenever they choose to, i.e. as you and me! Thus, we are a three part being, having a body, a mind and a soul.
And, what is the purpose of the soul? It sole pupose is to evolve, a task which we are able to accomplish, if we choose to, 'by re-presenting the grandest version of the greatest vision of ourselves’ in relation to all those events, persons and circumstances which we draw to us during each lifetime.
This more complete worldview, therefore, is re-minding us that Life is ‘God’, physicalised and metaphysicalised; that we are not apart from ‘God’ but are a part of Her/Him/It; and that, since we are not separate from any body or any thing, ‘We Are All One.’
THE PRESENT STATE OF AFFAIRS
But, it could well be asked, if this is Who We Are, i.e. the creations of ‘God’ - that ‘Glorious Original Dimension’, in which there is no time, space or matter, just the pure energy of ‘Truth, Love and Joy’ - and She/He/It is so magnificent, why isn’t there already a paradise here on Earth? Why does not Heaven already exist on this planet?
And, the answer we have been given is simple. When we take up a new existence in the material realm, we forget ‘Who We Are.’
Believing (incorrectly), therefore, that we are separate from each other and our surroundings and that 'there is not enough', we behave accordingly, i.e. in competitive and often aggressive ways.
Thus, it is that, having lived in this culture of fear, division and perceived scarcity for thousands of years, we have experienced so much pain, conflict and destruction and been brought by this limited outlook to our current situation, i.e. heading towards the edge of an abyss (often led by ruling elites and minorities), and possibly beyond!
Then, how can we, the human race, overcome this predicament?
Again, the answer is very simple and it is by each of us re-membering Who We Are and, thus, becoming once more a member of the whole, i.e. awake, aware of our oneness and, thus, ‘christed’ (the real meaning of ‘The Second Coming’!)
A WAY FORWARD
Hence, the re-cognition, i.e. knowing again, of ‘The Notion of Unity’ is important because it will have many beneficial outcomes.
In particular, as this enhanced perspective enters ‘The Collective Consciousness’, it will enable us, individually, to understand more fully the reason for our presence here on planet Earth, as explained above.
But it will also help bring about ‘a climate of love and compassion’ in which to create ‘a caring, sharing, war-no-more, elevated civilisation’, while introducing throughout the land ‘a healthier, more grown up system.’
And, what might that be? Since there is only one of us here, i.e. ‘One Self’, then ‘Self-Governance’, the organisation of our own affairs for and by ourselves without recourse to hierarchy and domination, must be the next step up in our social evolution.
IMPLEMENTATION
But which political association is going to introduce this ‘Safer and Happier World’ and how could it be achieved in practice?
RESPONSE
However, nobody has since replied which does not really surprise me for this is an essentially Christian gathering, mainly composed of people who have still to become awakened.
Yet, the festival itself is held on a huge, privately owned country estate and not far from an enormous ‘big shed’, owned by Primark, just off the A14, giving access to the port of Felixstowe!
Am I the only one to recognise the irony of the situation? For surely these are two major features of the present increasingly dysfunctional system, i.e. Globalised Capitalism - staring us all in the face!
But nobody present - mainly middle-income, 'god'-fearing liberals? - can see it!?!

This essay was sent to The Fifth Estate magazine in USA but was not felt suitable for publication in that esteemed but, imho, negatively anarchist journal. CM, April, 2018
A Positive Vision
The Fifth Estate does a good job publicising on a regular basis what Anarchists are against, i.e. being governed from above and its adverse effects. But equally, if not more, important must be, the dissemination of what we are for, i.e. a method of organising human affairs without permanent leaders and how this more mature system might be achieved everywhere. It is for this reason, therefore, that the following Ideas of Change are being proposed for, when combined and deliberately put into practice, they might well accomplish this long term, big picture goal.
The Re-Cognition of The Notion of Unity
Very briefly, The Notion of Unity concerns the increasing realisation that we and everything around us, being made of the same stuff, i.e. energy vibrating at different frequencies, are all interconnected, interrelated and interdependent. This is a vital scientific finding and spiritual understanding for, once it penetrates hearts and minds everywhere, it will radically alter the way in which we, the human race, view the world. In particular, we will no longer see ourselves as separate from each other but will re-cognise (know again) that We Are All One.
There will be many beneficial outcomes as a result of this enlarged perspective entering The Collective Consciousness. The most significant will be the establishment, in the climate of love (agapé) thereby created, of a caring, sharing, war-no-more society in which a healthier anarchised system can be introduced. For, once it becomes generally accepted that there is only one of us here, i.e. One Self, then Self-Governance, the organisation of our own affairs for and by ourselves without recourse to hierarchy and domination, will clearly be seen as the next logical step forward in our evolution.
The Re-Structuring of The Present Global Order
But how might this safer and happier world be achieved in the first place? There are a number of geopolitical adaptations to the current parlous situation on this planet which could be made in order to bring about these improved conditions, such as: the founding, for the time being, of a democratically constituted, One World Transition (OWT) Global Parliament; the reconciling of all previous divisions between individuals, groups of people and Nation States; the dismantling of all national armies and their weapons of attack and defence; the transference of the vast resources thereby released to humanitarian purposes; the introduction of transparency into all financial dealings; and, the encouragement of all religions to bring their scriptures up to date in the light of the latest discoveries concerning Us, God and The Universe and, hence, become closer together, etc., etc.. And so, a suitable peaceful environment would become established globally into which this new decentralised system could be successfully introduced locally, while pressing issues of the day are being properly addressed.
The Re-Schooling of Society
But, it will be obvious to all, our current authoritarian system of education would not support and reflect this more grown up method of organising human affairs. It too, therefore, will need to be converted into one which is self-regulatory. Essentially, this libertarian approach will harness our off-springs’ own motivation, encourage their all round healthy growth in each of the seven areas of development and prepare them for a life of responsible freedom as well adjusted, interdependent, self-controlled, Communal Individuals. Thus, its main features would be arranged under the following headings and sub-headings, i.e. Adults (called Tutors)-Numbers, Characteristics and Aspirations, Content-Form, Extent and Purpose and Framework-Organisation, Facilities and Premises. But its methods could not take place within the institution of school. Such places of learning/indoctrination, therefore, will be replaced by Infant and Junior Education Clubs, thereby creating an appropriate educational environment in which they can flourish, with similar provision for young people and adults also being made available.
The Re-Creation of The Community
Accordingly, within this steadily unifying and liberating world, Self-Governance could be introduced by: inaugurating and/or extending the devolution of power from the centre to the regions which is already taking place in many parts of the globe; building administrative Community Centres in suitable locations to which, in conjunction with neighbouring Self-Managed Communities (SMCs), all of the tasks and responsibilities of Local and Central Government would be transferred; marking out their Catchment Areas, including designated environs, the occupants of which will be accountable to their members, i.e. those adults who permanently reside within each; replacing all private and publicly owned property therein by Community Registration and The Principle of Stewardship; establishing a system of Direct Democracy, based on Sets (of Neighbours), Demes and Parishes and a process of delegation; and, then connecting these diverse, flexible SMCs, by way of Coordinating Offices, into horizontally linked Regional Networks. Hence, a new social framework would come into existence into which all people everywhere can put their own detail, i.e. nobody is telling anybody what to do!
The Re-Settlement of The Land
But this exciting and wonderful cultural metamorphosis could not take place overnight. Initially, therefore, it would be tried out, it is suggested, on an experimental basis in out-of-the-way places such as depopulated/deserted zones, large country estates and some eco-villages/communes. Then, as soon as this model is working well in these locations, it would be applied to the prevailing landscape, an exercise which will involve a popular and welcome return from the city to the countryside via a process of intelligent and sensitive re-ruralisation, supported by the suitable preparation of all concerned, the employment of appropriate procedures in all aspects of life and the use of the latest applicable technology.
A More Advanced Society
Thus, these new social arrangements, during the installation of which we may still need to be governed and educated from above until we have awakened, become self-aware and been perceptively liberated, will have many valuable consequences. In particular, that sense of belonging which is so absent from today’s alienating and fearful world would be restored to all; a major purpose of Life will become the doing of the most good, not the accumulation of the greatest riches; and, those activities which are unsatisfactorily dealt with under current, profit-driven conditions would be taken care of in socially just and ecologically sustainable ways.
And so today’s primitive civilisation will be carefully transformed, over a period of time, into one which is more advanced via the intentional implementation of Community-Based Self-Governance in A United and Re-Schooled World, i.e. Constructive Anarchism!
