Honey and Diva enjoyed quite an adventurous trip away this weekend:  firstly to the show at Stoneleigh, where Honey took third in Yearling and Diva (despite having spent most of the previous week seriously sabotaging her show coat, especially her neck ruff!!) third in Graduate - under judge Mrs Jo Bispham.

Next we all whizzed over to the venue near Pershore where some of the filming was taking place for the forthcoming Canine Health Concern DVD "The Truth About Dogs" , and the girls did their best to add a little Beardie flavour to the proceedings.

In the meantime our trusty Citroen Berlingo, which has carted us faithfully around the countryside for three years without a single protest, finally decided to have a tantrum and make alarming noises from a broken exhaust, necessitating a call to the rescue service.

We all arrived home somewhat later than planned in a courtesy car, while the Berlingo remained forlornly and rather in disgrace back at Strensham services on the M5! Luckily we have no long trips planned for a while.....
