BYRON
(FR, UK & INT CH IN VOGUE ISLAND COME TO LOOK AT ME)
BYRON with his owner/breeder Vanessa Craipeau, at the National L'Elevage in France 2009 - judge was Liz Jay - totally fell in love with this boy then and made him Best In Show over some excellent exhibits.......
When Leroy came to England to live with us, he was joined temporarily by Byron....
An intelligent, adaptable dog, Byron soon settled and made new friends...
At his first Ch show outing, Byron won Open Dog and the Reserve CC under breed specialist Mrs Althea Richardson
Byron is a natural show dog who loves to pose and be admired.....
....and can be relied on to move out well on any surface, here at Leeds Ch show where he was placed third in a strong Open Dog class. He won his first CC under Mr Derek Smith at the Welsh Kennel Club Ch show.....
....and his second under Bryony Harcourt-Brown at Birmingham

...and back to Scotland for his third and crowning CC - with Best of Breed - under Mr Mike Lewis
The superb celebration cake for his party featuring national flags - French (the country of Byron's birth), Welsh (first CC), English (2nd CC) and Scottish (his 3rd)....sadly he never made it to Ireland as we were busy that weekend with the birth of his first litter in the UK, seven beautiful babies born to our lovely Beattie (Talraz Hot Favourite)
He thoroughly enjoyed playing host at his party during the lunch break at the Bearded Collie Club championship show - then (suitably psyched up!) proceeded to make sure we all saw him at his best in the ring, winning the Open Dog class, Dog CC, and ultimately Best In Show, a great honour for any Beardie. He enjoyed posing for the photo call afterwards before returning home to play host to his offspring's visitors..
