Newly finished in season, and freshly bathed, Madge enjoyed a trip out today to keep Lacey company.  Cool grey skies were the order of the day, and even intermittent drizzle, so there was little chance of overheated dogs!

Both girls won their classes under breed specialist judge Mrs Sheila Penton, and after a long wait Lacey managed to rouse herself sufficiently to take second place in the Pastoral Puppy Group under Mr Alan Archer.  One very tired puppy then was content to sleep all the way home, with mercifully no sign of travel sickness on this trip - we could be getting somewhere at last!
