Our Roles
Clare Elizabeth Asher
I am 17 years old and I go to Nairn Academy. I am part of the iPad programme I have taken on the role of head of community outreach. I have been researching care homes in Nairn and Forres. As we plan on going to local care homes to show the residents how to use an iPad and what benefits it can give them. We also looked at community programmes to help people with disabilities so that they can feel a part of the community.
Kaitlin Hollywood
I am 15 years old and i go to Nairn Academy and I am apart of the Nairn Ipad program. Where I have taken the rold of head of social media in which I take part in activites like setting up email and working with my Ipad I have learned the meaning of the word transition. I have also have helped set up this web page.
Rebecca Maria Jeans
I am 17 years old I go to Nairn Academy and I am part of the Nairn Ipad Program. Im head of photography i have learnt to take pictures on the Ipad and i have also learnt the word Transtion and also downloading apps making emails.
Liam Donald
I am 15 years old and i go to nairn academy and im head of reasearch in the We are Digital Nairn Ipad group. I have worked on my Ipad where I reseached information on Transitioning from school to college. I have also taken part in the design of this web page.
Rachel Spriggs
My name is Rachel Spriggs, I am 17 years old, I go to Culloden Academy. For this project I am head of photography. this means I take a lot of photos and then downloading it onto the computer.
Phillip Smith
My name is Phillip Smith and I'm 16 years old. I go to Culloden Academy with my friends, Rachel and Rebecca. For this project, I am Head of Research, which means I go online to look at links and apps to do with transition and also what apps are good and interesting for retired people who have not used an iPad before.
Rebecca Ross
I'm Rebecca Ross. I'm 17 years old. I attend Culloden Academy. On Tuesday I go to The Meeting Place in Nairn and have the role of head of social media. I've learned to create a web page, experience new apps and work as a team. When I leave school I'm wanting to go to college to experience reptile care/animal care.
