Manchester Science Museum

A great day out was had on Thursday 25 Oct when we as a group visited the Manchester Science Museum, well organised by John Armstrong and David Lawson as part of their Seventieth Birthday celebration, the museum is much bigger than at first glance with lots of differing exhibition’s to cater for most taste and well worth the visit.

Our return trip was interrupted by a suprise visit to a micro-brewery and was give opportunity to have a good look around the brewing process and sample real beer.

The day’s activities concluded with at the Corner house Restaurant with a slap-up meal and presentation to the two Seventy year old wishing them both continuing good health and many happy returns of the day.
