As we all know we have had the wettest period for years and even with the best plan things go wrong.

Well on Saturday we checked the weather, all fine, arranged the match, all go and turned up on time and the weather was reasonable, but as we started to play the weather got worse and worse, we were only playing two games it got to a stage that the four of us, me (Steve) and Ryan v Shaun and Emmerson wanted to finish the last game regardless,

The first piste filled up with water so we had to move to a drier piste to finish the last game, well the weather was still getting worse and the second piste was filling up with water so it was with great relief that we finally finished, with me and Ryan winning the two games and match.

We all withdrew to the pub absolutely soaking wet through but in good spirits, maybe it was a sign to have some as well?
