We require you to book in advance to guarantee your place as class sizes are limited for your comfort.
Drop-in is not offered for Reformer sessions which must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
We can also create a personalised discounted monthly pass - all you need do is book a 1-2-1 with Lorraine for postural analysis and she will recommend a monthly programme of exercise to achieve your goals.

Reformer Pass (4 class sessions)
Monthly Pass - 3 sessions a week:
1 reformer class & 2 mat classes
Monthly Pass - 2 mat classes a week
10 Class Pass - 10 mat classes (no expiry date)
2 classes per week (Mon/Fri @ 10.30am) for 3 weeks.
You can only buy one course then proceed to either advance to another class or stay in the beginners class for as long as you feel comfortable using one of our other discount cards or pay-as-you-go.
