After a very successful year as President, John P O’Neill handed over the role of President to Andrew Lindsay on 27th June.

After taking over, Andrew gave his President’s address on Monday 4th July at the weekly Club meeting. In his address he outlined his long association with Rotary – his father was a President of Rotary and Andrew is proud to follow in his fathers footsteps. Andrew is a great believer in the principles of Rotary – especially about telling the truth. In the year ahead Andrew intends to drive the programme for fundraising for good causes and asked for the help of members to achieve his aims.

He concluded his address by thanking members of the Club for their valued contributions over the last year and said he was looking forward to working with all members to create a successful and prosperous year ahead.

John O’Neill offered a vote of thanks to Andrew and wished him well in his Presidency.
