IMPORTANT NOTICE

I am Paul-Maurice, of the family: Fiola. I am writing this notice in hopes of preventing any misunderstandings or problems in the future. Enclosed with this notice you will find a true copy of my Notice of Understanding and Intent, and my Claim of Right, which were Notarized and sent to the Crown, the Prime Minister, and others.

This Claim of Right has not been rebutted and therefore stands as truth in court, and establishes lawful excuse, automatic default judgment and permanent and irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence barring the bringing of charges under any statute or Act against My Self Freeman-on-the-Land Paul-Maurice: Fiola. Take special notice of my FEE SCHEDULE, as it can and will be enforced and collected upon if need be. I do not wish to create conflict, in fact, I wish quite the opposite. I am putting the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and all affected parties on notice that I, Paul-Maurice: Fiola, often exercise my common law right to travel, in a Gray 2007 Chevrolet HHR. My automobile is NOT a registered motor vehicle. I am NOT a driver, and you have no jurisdiction over me or my private property. I have made my own personal conveyance identification tag to affix to the back in the area that a "license plate" would normally go with black text “NO S.I.N.” on a white background. I will inform any affected parties if I decide to get another conveyance, and if I decide to, it will be easily identifiable by my custom conveyance tags.

I exercise my common law right to refuse intercourse or interaction with a peace officer who has not observed me breach the peace, and as traveling peacefully in my privately owned automobile does not constitute breaching the peace, my FEE SCHEDULE will be activated if I am pulled over or detained for any reason.

Law of agent and principal applies where service upon one is service upon both.
