FEE SCHEDULE

I claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants is,

TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS CDN($200.00) PER HOUR or portion thereof if being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated outside of the bounds of Common law without my express written and Notarized consent

TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS CDN($2000.00) PER HOUR or portion thereof if I am held, handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process without my express written and Notarized consent

FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS CDN($5,000.00) PER HOUR or portion thereof in the event I am held in a vehicle, cell, room or other space with free access to egress restricted by any threat of harm, type of lock or device designed or modified for that purpose against my will without my express written and Notarized consent

ONE MILLION DOLLARS CDN($1,000,000.00) for every centimeter of length or square centimeter of area or part thereof of third party verifiable marks on my body from any holding device, handcuffs, nylon strap, hand, glove, shoe, boot, weapon or any other surface or item, caused by, or by neglect or design allowed to be caused by the actions of any individual, peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants measured or assessed by competent medical practitioners of my choosing or emergency medical technicians without delay

ONE MILLION DOLLARS CDN($1,000,000.00)PER DAY measured in TWENTY FOUR (24) HOUR segments commencing from inception of injury or cause of condition and ending at the discretion of the attending physician, for any injury or condition that requires hospitalization or emergency medical attention for any reason caused, or by neglect or design allowed to be caused to my body by any individual, peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants 

ONE MILLION DOLLARS CDN($1,000,000.00) for each occurrence for any aggravation of preexisting conditions, permanent injury, scar, condition or abnormality to my body or psyche by the actions or as a result of the actions or lack of action by neglect or design of any individual, peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants as determined by competent medical practitioner of my choosing or emergency medical technicians without delay

ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS CDN($1,000.00) PER DAY PER ITEM confiscated from me by any peace/police officers, conservation officer, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants

TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS CDN($10,000.00) PER SECOND for application of Taser™ pain compliance by peace/police officers, against me or anyone around me will be calculated per second by my perception of time at my discretion

TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS CDN($10,000.00) PER INSTANCE for any form of biometric scan, fingerprint, blood sample, breath sample, or any surveillance by camera, or by other sensors known or unknown, or by any individual, peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants without my explicit written consent

Additional FEES to be determined on a case by case basis for any order or demand outside of the bounds of Common law from peace/police officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants with a minimum FEE of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS CDN($500.00) per order or demand. These FEES are non negotiable and payable upon demand. An additional FIFTY DOLLARS CDN($50.00) per day penalty will be levied for dishonored bills in addition to any costs incurred to secure payments

Furthermore, I claim and reserve the right to register a UCC/PPSA Commercial Lien on all transgressor(s) properties and assets in order to obtain and secure payment of this FEE SCHEDULE

Furthermore, I claim and reserve the right to use a Notary Public to secure payment of the aforementioned FEE SCHEDULE against any transgressors or their principals, who by their actions or omissions harm my interests, my body or my well being directly or by proxy in any way

 

Furthermore, I claim the law of agent and principal applies and that service upon one is service upon both

Affected parties wishing to dispute the claims made herein or make their own counterclaims must respond appropriately within Fourteen (14) days of service of notice of this action. Responses must be under Oath or attestation, upon full commercial liability and penalty of perjury and registered in the Notary Office herein provided no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of original service as attested to by way of certificate of service. Failure to register a dispute against the claims made herein will result in an automatic default judgment and permanent and irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence barring the bringing of charges under any statute or Act against My Self Freeman-on-the-Land Paul-Maurice: Fiola

All parties who have been served proper Notice of this Claim of right either directly or by association, and fail to discuss or dispute, within the allotted time and then infringe, violate or abrogate said rights, directly or through their agents, employees or proxies, agree they do so under full commercial liability and within my right to activate my FEE SCHEDULE. 

Be it known to any and all, that on this ____ day of _______________ 2010, I, Paul-Maurice: of the family Fiola, a Freeman-on-the-Land, do hereby solemnly swear that I believe the entirety of this document consisting of a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right, totaling nine (9) pages, to be true and lawful and in both my and my community’s best interest and to the detriment of none.
