NOTICE OF CLAIM OF RIGHT

I, Paul-Maurice, of the family Fiola, a flesh and blood living being, in a Common Law jurisdiction, allegedly born, as I have been led to believe, in the city called Winnipeg in the geographic region called Manitoba on or about the 8th day in the month of September in the year 1973, to Gertrude Lambert and Maurice Fiola, have the ability and power to establish rights by use of a Claim of Right.

 

I do hereby claim that my rights include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

1. I claim that I, Paul-Maurice born of the family Fiola, a conscious, free will being of energy, the author of this document, am a Freeman-on-the-Land and not a “person”, legally speaking, or child of the Province, but a sovereign in my own right, existing under Common Law with all the rights and responsibilities associated with sovereignty and Common Law, and,
2. Furthermore, I claim as my right to live in the position of second only to God, a Son of God, equal to my fellow man and above all governments or commercial entities as offered by inference in the Canadian Bill Of Rights, and,
3. Furthermore, I claim the right to complete and truthful information upon demand, free of deception, misdirection or illusion, presented in plain English by anyone claiming authority, and all responses to questions pertaining to the comprehension of the subject matter will be addressed fully before any other action may take place, and 
4. Furthermore, I claim the right to be associated by mutual consent, as a member, with the World Freeman Society Canada Chapter, bound only by the rules of that society and common law, without interference from any corporate or government body, and,
5. Furthermore, I claim Best Right and Interest in and to My body, the energy of My body, My talent, My labor and My liberty, and no other individual, government, corporate or legal entity can claim this right or interest, and,
6. Furthermore, I claim the right to trademark my name, signature or autograph and to charge a fee for its unauthorized use, and,
7. Furthermore, I claim the right to the title of author of my signature or autograph, and,
8. Furthermore, I claim that I have no obligation to have a legal name or last name or to provide one to anyone demanding it, and,
9. Furthermore, I claim the right, as Son of God, to unencumbered World travel or choice of where I live as the only ruling sovereign is God and without the express instructions from God otherwise, no man can deny me free access to God’s lands, waters or airspace, and,
10. Furthermore, I claim that I, Paul-Maurice born of the family Fiola claim the right to have no contractual obligation to be the surety or guarantor for, and am in fact not surety or guarantor for, the debts of the legal identity/person, FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE or any derivative spellings thereof, of the corporation of CANADA or of the corporation of Manitoba, as I had no choice or knowledge of the creation of these entities, and,
11. Furthermore, I claim the right to refuse joinder with the legal entity/person FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE, as I am not the originator of that entity, regardless of the situation or what words I choose to use or neglect to use and it cannot be inferred that I have accepted joinder through act or omission on my part other than a statement in writing bearing my autograph, under oath and properly notarized, and,
12. Furthermore, I claim the right to Power of Attorney over the legal entity, FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE, and all derivative spellings thereof, and,
13. Furthermore, I claim the right to title as secured creditor over the legal entity, FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE, and all derivative spellings thereof, and,
14. Furthermore, I claim the right to hold any and all stock, securities and other commercial instruments associated with the legal entity FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE, and collect any dividends, interest or other commercial securities for the benefit of myself or my chosen society or community as I see fit, and,
15. Furthermore, I claim the right to deny or revoke consent of the use of my signature or autograph, both past and present, and in the future if I feel that its use could harm me in any way, and,
16. Furthermore, I claim that I, Paul Maurice born of the family Fiola, have the right to hold claim in equity upon any and all asset values held by, or in the name of FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE and all derivative spellings thereof, and,
17. Furthermore, I claim the right of possession and full use of all accounting records, equity, assets, funds or account values held by, or in the name of FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE and all derivative spellings thereof from any source for the betterment of my community and myself as I see fit without fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, and,
18. Furthermore, I claim the right to use the Minister of Finance in their private capacity to act as my fiduciary, and,
19. Furthermore, I claim the right to define any words to meet my own comprehension, and the right to have definitions of words used in any contract defined, upon demand, completely, truthfully and in plain English, and,
20. Furthermore, I claim the right to discharge any debt for all needs considered fundamental human rights by the United Nations, held against my living body or in the name of FIOLA, PAUL MAURICE and all derivative spellings thereof by remedy of “consumer purchase” and my signature or autograph as expressed in the Bill of Exchange Act section 190(1) or other equivalent lawful debt remedies of my choosing, and,
21. Furthermore, I claim the right to help lower the debt of the Corporation CANADA, and by association the Canadian people knowingly, unknowingly or deceptively employed by said corporation, by discharging debt rather than circulating debt instruments, and,
22. Furthermore, I claim the right to access any services provided by the Government of Canada or any province of Canada as required by necessity without the creation of joinder with any corporate or legal entity, or the erosion of my status of Freeman-on-the-Land, and, 
23. Furthermore, I claim the right to claim and possess unused land to suit my needs in the geographical area known as Canada without interference from government or other corporate bodies or commercial entities and that said claim, possession and land is without fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, and,
24. Furthermore, I claim the right to Sovereign authority on any lands or over any property I possess and any and all that choose to enter said lands or act upon said property do so agreeing to be subject to my Sovereign authority, and,
25. Furthermore, I claim the parcel of land and premises, Lot 1 Plan 15500 WLTO in NW ¼ 16-8-8 EMP, held as a claim of right, fully believing that this parcel of land is not currently held under private title or claim by another flesh and blood human being, and any lawful compensation for loss by Public, Private or Government interests to be resolved administratively through access to the consolidated revenue fund, and,
26. Furthermore, I claim the right to assign, transfer or otherwise authorize the lawful use of this land as I see fit, without fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any kind at my discretion, and lawful title to this land will be provided with appropriate binding documentation within sixty (60) days of the expiry of the response time provided for this document, and, 
27. Furthermore, I claim the right to sovereign authority to any resources within, on, above or below said claimed lands without any government or corporate interference by way of license, fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrance of any type, and,
28. Furthermore, I claim the right to possess private conveyance in the form of an automobile or other powered, wheeled or other transportation device and to use that conveyance to exercise my free will right to travel within the bounds of Common law, in non-commercial capacity on public highways, streets and roads, waters or airspace without any government interference by way of license, fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrance of any type, and,
29. Furthermore, I claim the right to direct the Minister of Transportation to de-register my automobile(s), and,
30. Furthermore I claim the right to create and hold a bond for the compensation of loss of others that may be harmed by my traveling, using the values contained within my rightful portion of the lands and resources of Canada through access to the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and,
31. Furthermore, I claim the right to create, acquire, possess, carry, maintain and use firearms, archery equipment or bladed, or other traditional or unique weapons of my choosing for the acquisition of food, for target practice, defense of my property, possessions, family, those in my care or for pleasure as I see fit without license, fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, within the bounds of Common Law, and,
32. Furthermore, I claim the right to possess, use, sell, propagate and/or cultivate any plant and/or husband any animal that I feel is a benefit to my or my neighbor’s pleasure or physical or mental health and well being, for food, recreation, art, science, commerce or any other use as I see fit without license, fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, within the bounds of Common Law, and,
33. Furthermore, I claim the right to provide for and hunt wild animals at any time as required for sustenance for myself or my family or any other living being, human or animal under my care, without license, fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, within the bounds of Common Law, and,
34. Furthermore, I claim the right to use whatever force is necessary, including deadly force only as last resort, to protect my property, lands, family or any living being or animal in my care from anyone that would unlawfully and without my express written and notarized consent, attempt to harm or remove these from my protection, and,
35. Furthermore, I claim the right to unfettered access to any information that I may have a direct interest in, including, but not limited to any claimed to be classified or restricted by anyone , held by government or its agents, immediately upon demand, without fee, tax, registration, regulation or encumbrances of any type, and,
36. Furthermore, I claim the right to amend this document at any time without notice, and,
37. Furthermore, I claim the right to oblige the government of Canada to provide a passport recorded in my lawful name, Paul-Maurice: Fiola as a Freeman-on-the-land delivered to me at fair cost, and,
38.  
39. Furthermore, I claim that anyone, their agents or assignees, who interferes with my lawful activities after having been served notice of this claim either directly or through their principal or agents and who fail to properly dispute or make lawful counterclaim in the reasonable time and manner required is breaking the law, cannot claim good faith or color of right and that such transgressions may be dealt with in a properly convened court de jure, and,
40. Furthermore, I claim the right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any individual, peace/police officer, government principal, employee, agent or justice system participant who having been directly, or through association with their principals or agents, served notice of this claim and who have failed to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim in the time and manner required and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of these properly claimed and established rights, and, 
41. Furthermore, I claim the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum using discussion and negotiation and to capture said discussion and negotiation on any recording device of my choosing for whatever lawful purpose as I see fit, and,
42. Furthermore, I claim the right to exclusive use and possession of my biological property including but not limited to, DNA, blood, fluids, tissue, breath, soul, and,
43. Furthermore, I claim these actions will improve the public view of Police to what I believe it should be, equal to fire paramedic in esteem and honor, and it is by enforcing statutes on otherwise innocent Law abiding good people that has given them a reputation of thugs to be feared, and,
44. Furthermore, I claim the right to activate my FEE SCHEDULE against any individual, peace/police officers, conservation officers, government principals, employees, agents, or justice system participants in the event of a breach of my rights as claimed herein, through act, omission, order or demand, at my discretion
