Just a final note (hopefully) before Xmas....

Its been a fantastic year and I've had the opportunity to work and train with some great people from private lessons/seminars to all the usual crew at the close combat training day.

Also, I think its fair to say that I've had the chance to work some "interesting" investigation/security related projects over the past 12 months.  Again working in these roles gives you the chance to put your training into perspective and work with some dedicated professionals.

From the MCG point of view we have expanded our interest in the CQC History and Research section, and our archives have suddenly grown with information gleaned from our contacts worldwide. 

Over the next year we'll be publishing some material relating to WW2 combatives and its personnel - much of which has never been made public before.  It will hopefully give a more accurate and fuller picture of the genre and individuals involved, instead of the rather limited (and often inaccurate) material that has been written on various on-line sites and passed off as "fact."

A big thanks this year to all the new MCG members that we've worked with as well as the "old guard."

So a BIG Merry Xmas and a prosperous New Year to you all.  2012 is shaping up to be an exciting year and I hope the MCG lads will enjoy it as much as I will.
