Plans for future litters - I currently have no plans for litters in the near future.
I care passionately about every puppy I breed and so puppies from any future matings will only be available to Knowledgeable, Responsible, Loving, Permanent homes. Do your research and be prepared to tell my why the breed you want is the right one for you.......
All my puppies are lovingly home reared, well socialised with people, children, dogs and cats, they will be tattooed, wormed, inoculated and come with a comprehensive puppy pack and initial KC insurance. Working homes will be preferred, although suitable pet homes will be considered if you can tell me why a high maintenance, high energy, physically and mentally demanding breed is suitable for you as a pet.
If you are the right person for either a German Shepherd or an Alaskan Malamute you will have done your research about the breed, talked to owners, met some dogs and decided that you can offer these beautiful and challenging breeds everything they need for the next 12-14 years.
Also, if you are a responsible dog owner, you won’t be picking the first pup you see for the cheapest price, you will be taking your time and looking to buy a quality puppy from the right breeder and will be prepared to travel any distance to find –
· a breeder who has experience in the breed, who has owned both sexes and can tell you the differences between the two in all the stages of their life
· a breeder who has trained and worked their dogs in various activities and can tell you how they will react and what to expect
· a breeder who is willing and able to offer you help and advice throughout the life of your dog and able to help with training and any problems
· a breeder who is willing and able to take the dog back at any stage of its life if you run into difficulty
Equally, as a responsible breeder who cares about the future for each puppy I breed, I want my puppies to go to the right and best homes. I have a questionnaire that all potential owners will be required to complete to be considered for a puppy. This questionnaire will give me some background on you and help me understand why you want a Malamute or a German Shepherd and what you want and expect from your puppy. I expect potential owners of my puppies to be prepared to come and meet me and my dogs and to show me you are equally invested in the future of the puppy you get. Accommodation can be provided.
