The Police and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire, Julia Mulligan, has today launched the Big Police Debate: a major public consultation exercise that will shape the future of policing and community safety in your area.

We are now hosting a public survey on ww.bigpolicedebate.co.uk
, which will run until 15 June.

Please take the survey to help us better understand what the priorities for policing and community safety are for your community.
We are particularly interested to hear from charities and community groups, particularly those who work with the following groups:
*    Victims of crime (generally)
*    Domestic & Sexual abuse victims
*    Disabled people and Learning Difficulties
*    LGBT community
*    BME groups
*    Young people
*    Older people
*    Vulnerable adults
*    People who have been through the justice system / offenders
*    Witnesses of crime
*    Farmers and rural Communities
*    NY Businesses
*    Alcohol and substance abuse groups
