The Forum has now closed and items are covered under the Garrison Area Partnership, one of five Partnerships within the Richmondshire Area.
Colburn Community Forum
Colburn Community Forum is open to residents, key partners, service providers and representatives from community groups and will continue to lobby and influence the actions of key partners but also identify a small number of key priorities that are manageable and achievable.
Guest speakers will be invited along to meetings to talk about current issues and how the community can help in resolving these.
The Forum will link into the Garrison Area Partnership to provide a regular update on the work of the project and feedback information and issues from the Area Partnership of interest to the community.

Next Community Forum Meeting will be held on Monday 30th January 2012, St Cuthberts Church Hall, 10 - 12 am.
The meeting will look at money concerns with speakers Jayne Stamp (Citizens Advice Bureau) and Peter Fowler (Colburn Credit Union). You can also meet Kathryn Chapman from Rural Action Yorkshire and find out more about the Energy Best Deal Campaign, helping households save money and keep warm. All residents are encouraged to COME ALONG AND HAVE YOUR SAY!
