You would probably be better contacting the South Loch Ness Heritage Group as they cover the Boleskine area more than we do

Moffat Burial
Hello,

I was recently visiting Scotland from Australia and went to Kilchuimen Burial Ground to see the grave of my ancestors. They were John Moffat and wife Margery Mackay, who are buried right against the back wall on the far left hand side.

I noticed there is an smaller, older headstone right at the back of John and Margery's. Is there any way of knowing who's headstone it is? I hoped it may be John's mother- Margaret (McGregor) Moffat, or one of his siblings. Do any burial records exist in Church records or in civil establishments?
Hoping you can help me.

We don't have a note of that name in out records. You could try the Lochaber Archives in Fort William

St Cumin's Seat
Thank you for putting all this rare information on-line. It helped me finally to identify Suidhe Cuimin(sp?) as Carn an t-Suidhe near Loch Tarff though the exact location of the Suidhe is probably the cairn with the splendid view, beside the Military Road (NR449106).
