Over the last month or so I have seen different people on my signing day and handed over my completed booklet containing all the jobs that I have applied for.  On one occasion I had to attend a session on interviews and confidence on one of those signing days.  The guy taking the session was polite and did a good job except for one thing.  He said that he wouldn’t bother to give us forms to complete our signing but instead would tick off the people who attended and complete their signing after the session.  When my benefit was due to be deposited into my bank account I went off to the local atm machine and discovered that the money had not been paid in.  I went back home and phoned the free phone number on the website and a woman on the other end of the phone did a great job and after checking my file told me that my money would be in by lunchtime.  Well it was in the bank by 3pm so that was a relief. She did a great job and I’m sure it was just an oversight by the guy taking the session.  The Charles St Jobcentre only has one computer connected to a printer for people to obtain photocopies of job confirmations and on two occasions recently I wasn’t able to obtain photocopies.   I was able to go to Career Wales which is only across the road from the jobcentre to obtain copies.  Last week though I was able to obtain copies of my email job confirmations at the jobcentre.  Every occasion that I have taken all these email photocopies to my signing appointment the work coach has been happy just to read my booklet and not even bother looking at the photocopies.  I’m still on JSA for now and although I registered with the Find A Job service when it first started I have not been asked any questions about it from any work coach.  I have applied for a fair number of jobs on the site but it has far less than were on UJM
