I'm turning into a bull frog.
11 July 2016

It’s been a quiet time recently although I have applied for many jobs I still have had no interviews in that time.  Mind you if I did get an interview I might scare them off as my neck has swollen on my right side.  If the left side swells I will end up looking like a bull frog.  It could be very serious but I’m going to take a chance and hope the swelling goes down.  It’s the main gland and of course I have looked online for any information as we would all tend to do but I’m not the kind of person who would willingly go to a doctor unless I’m at deaths door.   I did go to the doctor a few years ago as I mentioned on here and that was the first time in over 35 years.  Anyway I’m going to think positive thoughts and hope for the best.

I think the reason I’m getting an easy time at the Jobcentre besides the fact that my work coach appears to be a nice guy is that my jobsearch efforts are good and the fact that I’m 60 years old now.  All good times end and I will no doubt be sent on some kind of course or attend something that is pointless later on this year.  I have noticed that it is very quiet in the Charles St Jobcentre when I attend.  I have not seen anyone kick off although I do see many security guards in attendance.
