It appears the doubt does not now apply.
14 December 2015

I have received  a decision regarding the benefit doubt from the decision making team at Jobcentreplus and it appears the doubt does not now apply.  Thankfully they saw through the nonsense from Tenovus and Learn About. Well that’s what I thought but it appears that when the team contacted Learn About they didn’t get a reply although several attempts were made.

I would like to thank Carl Cuss (parliamentary representative for Jo Stevens MP)for his help regarding my benefit doubt situation.  Carl was able to provide me with the details of the allegations made against me and I can honestly say that they show how misleading Tenovus and Learn About were with the facts.  It appears that Jason Mitchell asked me not to blog anymore although he said nothing of the sort as he dropped me off after the meeting at Tenovus.  They also stated that my blog gave negative feedback from 2011 to the present day regarding the DWP,Working Links, Tenovus and Learn About.  Anyone who has read my blog from 2011 will know that I have made many positive remarks about staff who have treated me well or just done their job properly.  They even stated that my witness when the bullying incident occurred had stated that the bully was behaving in a jovial way but in fact the never used that word in his statement.   I might even put the entire comments of that report on this website to show the world how manipulating they were.  They stated that Tenovus only kept me on because I made threats of going to the press.  It was stated in the comments that Tenovus had asked Jason Mitchell from Learn About not to let me know what the meeting was about.  Jason apparently said that he was unsure what the meeting at Tenovus was about.  I will make some more comments on here soon.
