After nearly collapsing three times over the last week because of the worry and stress that being badly treated brings I feel a bit better today.  I have had the details of my benefit doubt and the accusation is that I created a blog about my time on the placement at Tenovus.  I didn't create this website specifically to report on my placement as it has been up and running for over four years.  I can't believe that anyone can receive a sanction for just making comments regarding their experiences if those comments are the truth.  I  guess that I will soon find out the answer.  It happens to be anti bullying week in Wales, I wonder if Tenovus will join the media circus and support the anti bullying campaign.  It's very easy to support a good cause but in my case I reported a case of bullying and I'm now facing severe hardship over christmas.  If a sanction is imposed it will be for four weeks and the first two weeks you can't even claim a hardship payment.  The next two weeks you can it appears claim a hardship payment of 60% of JSA.   Although I was badly treated by Tenovus and Learn About I am putting all my faith in the staff at the Jobcentre seeing through the nasty behaviour of those companies.  I have to send my comments to a Jobcentre in Wolverhampton although I'm in Cardiff.

The good news is that the Jobcentre have assured me that my JSA won't be affected until they have decided over my case. I have hope that they will treat me decently as I have done nothing wrong apart from report one case of bullying and put online my true and honest experiences.  We all have the right to freedom of speech (human rights act 1988) and if speaking out about your experience of being a victim is wrong then that will stop other victims coming forward in the future.
