Last saturday during my time at Tenovus quietly getting on with sorting bags of donations I was once again under the management of Lloyd.  Yes, you are right the same Lloyd who attempted to bully me and make me steam all day for no reason.  As I was sorting he told me to try and create more space in the bric a brac room as it was getting full.  Of course saturday is when most of the donated bags come in and I ended up spending over an hour and a quarter walking around to eventually create a small area where Lloyd put a few plates that had been donated earlier that day.  The donated bags kept coming in and naturally by the end of the day they had piled up.  If I had not decided to go back to sorting the donations it would have a very big pile of bags.  Anyone with a bit of intelligence would have realised that I would have been better suited to sorting all day to keep them from piliing up.  I'm not going to compain about anything that Lloyd does to Tenovus again but I have decided that if he pulls any more strokes like that I will declare myself ill and go home.   So if he does anything similar in my remaining time at Tenovus I will at least have more free time as I will be out of that door within minutes from now on.

They have got a couple of new so called volunteers and at the moment they appear quite happy.  No sign of Tenovus pulling out of workfare and with over sixty shops they could take on a couple of hundred workfare slaves.  The real  volunteers, not all of pensionable age appear to attend for around eight hours a week in total while the workfare slaves attend for over twenty five hours a week.  I attend for twenty eight hours a week.  I've still not given up on my complaint but while I'm attached to Tenovus I'm limited in what I can do.  I will report on here any future developments.
