I attended the Charles St Jobcentre for my Social Media session and along with seven others spent just over an hour listening to two members of staff discussing various ways to apply for jobs online.  They mentioned hashtags and various terms to use on various websites.  It was okay and everyone appeared to be happy enough.  We were told that we would receive an email that would give us some information regarding the things we had been shown and I did receive an email from them.  When I attended the Jobcentre for my fortnightly signing my work coach decided that as I don't now have my internet connection at home it wouldn't be reasonable to expect me to look for jobs seven days a week so she said that she would change my Claimant Commitment to just five days a week.  She then gave me a letter to attend another session with the so called Group Information Session Team and this one is to discuss the Daily Jobsearch Website.  I think this includes updating CV's and other basic things we are supposed to do while unemployed.  I will report back on here what it is all about.
