I've complained about my treatment, now let's see what happens.
24 January 2014

It's now too late to start worrying as I've done it. What have I done? I just emailed the DWP to complain about the behaviour of my personal advisor Steve on the Post Work Programme. I also mentioned my concerns regarding the manager of the department, a woman named Jenny Harking who I have had experience of her behaviour many years ago when she was an advisor and refused to answer any of my questions when she tried to get my benefit stopped. It was pointless complaining to her so I emailed the following address with my concerns. CONTACT-US@dwp.gsi.gov.uk If they receive my email then they will probably ask me for my full name, date of birth and postcode. One thing I've learnt over the years is to make sure someone knows about your concerns. I will report back on here what happens.
