I went along to the Charles St Jobcentre in Cardiff for my second appointment to see my new personal advisor post Work Programme. This time she had a woman sitting in on my appointment. My personal advisors name is Sheriah Harrison. She told me that if I did not give her access to my Universal Jobmatch account then it would be referred to a decision maker. She also said that she would not accept paper copies after I suggested that claimants could produce them instead. I did allow her access and since I arrived home I have used the contact link on my Universal Jobmatch account to seek the truth. The woman who was sitting next to her nodded in agreement with my personal advisors statement that it would go to a decision maker and I did make the point that she was a witness to the discussion. It appears that next week when I am due to attend my fortnightly signing on thursday it will be with my personal advisor or Jenny Harking. Anyone who has been reading my comments regarding Jenny Harking will know that we have history. She tried to get my entitlement to benefit questioned many years ago and refused to discuss why even though at the time she was my client adviser. I'm a bit surprised that a manager of a department would be possibly signing people and as I have no trust or respect for her whatsoever it will be interesting if she is waiting for me next week. I have also today been booked on a session a week tomorrow to discuss voluntary work. I have no interest in this but it was stated that everything I do in the next six months will be on a direction so I have no choice but to attend.
