If anyone has a complaint against Working Links and you send your complaint to the head office it will be sent back to the office where the incident occurred.  This might seem sensible but in reality as most managers defend their staff it is important that someone from head office investigates.  Otherwise you will receive a vague letter that never goes into detail about the results of an investigation and will simply be a way of fobbing you off.

If this is the result of a complaint then it is worth looking for a contact name of someone who is much higher in the organisation than the local manager.

I know that these companies are more concerned about profit than the individuals they are supposed to help but if you are going to be treated badly it's important that you let as many people know about it in the hope that someone will end any bad treatment that is being handed out to vulnerable people.  Far too many people are scared to make any complaints but when you are in the right you have to be strong enough to express your feelings.  If nothing else, you will feel proud that you tried and even gain confidence.  Once you stand up to people who are in the wrong you will become a stronger person.  Of course when I say stand up to someone I am talking about your rights, not any physical stuff, you don't want to hurt anyone and especially not yourself.
