I received a letter from the Jobcentre informing me of an appointment to see a work coach at the end of April at the Charles St Jobcentre in Cardiff.  No mention of social distancing or face masks so I'm taking for granted that I will have to wear a mask.

I noticed on a number of websites quite a lot of concern over the new powers government departments are about to receive or already have.  The ability to access online activity and bank account details. This should allow the DWP to check jobsearch activity and any fraudulent activity.  It could also allow them to build up a profile of the benefit claimant. If the Jobcentre want printouts of my email confirmations then I will have to use one of the Jobcentre computers on the day of my appointment.
