The charity day with Airdrie Supporters trust to raise funds for a sensory room was a great success.   A total of 54 people played a game of bowls and a further 30 spectators were present.The total raised was a magnificent £1,000 and hugh thanks are due to the sponsors  and companies who helped achieve this figure.  This list included Argon, Arvill, Moffats, Inverhouse,Christies, Printwell, Penny Cars ,Holemasters, Bon Bon and Fast signs.

Weather stopped play early but a winner was decided on a shots basis and the team skipped by J Campbell won the trophies donated by Grahame Marshall.

The club would like to thank Dougie Allsop from the suporters trust and our own members who assisted during the day.   The games for the childern on the green proved a success with thanks due to A Neilson for his help
