It was with regret that we received the resignation from the club from Jerry this weekend. He has cited family committments as the main reason that he can no longer fulfill his taking part in club activities. Jerry was the longest serving member of the club having been in unbroken membership since 1979. He served as treasurer for a few years in the late 1980's and and 1990 and for many years was a regular 1st choice for almost all team selections. His presence and prowess on the green will be sorely missed by all of his friends although we hope that he can continue to come and give his support when time allows.

Thanks Jerry for all the years of friendship, guidance and good companionship shared by our members past and present. The gate and doors will always be open for you.
