The Management Board have called a Special General Meeting for 7.30pm on Friday 16th September. The reason for this meeting is to discuss and approve a new club constitution, a copy of which has been provided to all members either by e.mail or post.

The reason for the desired change is that our existing constitution, although perfectly adequate for our club over the past number of years is no longer compliant with the requirements of most Funding Agencies, and we are currently pursuing funding for required improvements to our green and clubhouse, etc. Please come along and record your vote in this important matter.
