The organising committee have decided that due to the club being represented in Junior Singles, Gents Pairs and Gents Triples in the MBA Championships Finals on Saturday 29th August at Airdrie they are postponing the first of this year's finals days. There will be no play on Saturday so a large number of club members are invited to attend at Airdrie to give support to our representativs. The Junior Singles will be played at 10.00am and the senior championship finals will bowl off at 2.00pm. In the presentations that follow the games our club President will also accept the Monkland's Cup which we won in early June.

The gents committee are meeting on Wednesday evening to determine the structure of the club finals for this year which have not only been complicated by our representaton in the MBA Finals but also by the number of multiple qualifiers by a few of our members. Check this page on Wednesday evening (late) or Thursday when it is hoped that a full listing of the Finals will be notified.
