This website has been created to highlight what the residents of Bryncoch South want to benefit their community
We must say that we advocate councillors having their own website - but here we look on issues from the residents propectiive. It is an effort to put power to the councillors' elbow.
Let's hope that this website will help the Bryncoch South community to thrive. Several businesses have opened up in the area and invested a considerable sum of money in doing so. We will do our best to highlight these in due course and hope that residents will support them. Spending your money in the area you live is certainly a good way to give confidence to those offering you their goods and services.
To businesses we say: look after your customers to keep them coming back for more - and recommending others on your service.
Working together we can make Bryncoch South a great place to live - and when that happens property will be more valuable, thus benefitting residents.
It is something for us (and councillors) to aim for.
PS As mentioned elsewhere on this website, we feel sad about the loss of Janice Dudley who was Mayor of the Borough at the time of her death.
One must be honest and say she had no support from her fellow Labour Councillor, Rob James, who was given the title of 'The Invisible Man'. This may explain why little has been done in the Ward since 2012 - just look back on what has been recorded on this website.
Now, with two councillors supporting each other (Cllr Jo Hale elected on 23.11.17) we look forward to having things done. We sincerely hope that this website will be a reference guide to both councillors.
