What is the North Somerset Independent State School Partnership?

The North Somerset Independent State School Partnership, or ISSP for short, gave students and teachers from different schools and backgrounds the opportunity to work collaboratively on novel educational experiences. The focus of the project was science, technology, engineering and maths, but projects regularly impacted on a range of other curriculum areas.

The project began September 2008 and ran until August 2011. A total of fourteen schools took part in ISSP activities and feedback from students and teachers was always positive.

This website contains reports on all of the projects that took place over the three years.
