Teaching Children Meditation
With the simplest of tools we can mindfully plant positive seeds in our children. Meditation is one of those seeds which may grow and help them cope with the stresses, anxieties and challenges that they will face throughout their lives.
A prerequisit for this session (or workshop) is that the child (children) is accompanied by their parent or guardian, so that they can continue to work and grow together. One or two sessions are all that are required for the parent and child to take this tool home and mindfully continue practicing it at home.
