Energy Healing

Having qualified from various schools of thought in energy work, I've found many similarities in the methods used and come to recognise that they are indeed, different paths up the same mountain. With this in mind, I work intuitively as to what may benefit each client individually.

 

Reiki activates your own self-healing mechanism, harmonizing and balancing your energies at all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. All these systems interact and can affect one another. Reiki helps to clear your system of energy blockages arising from habitual negative thought and/or feeling patterns. It could be described as having someone’s hands on you rather like jump-leads kick-starting your batteries. Your intention to heal is of the greatest priority. I also teach Reiki, see under Usui Reiki Training.

 

Pranic Healing uses the prana or 'life force' from the elements around us to heal physical and emotional imbalances. As it works on the energy body (aura), no physical contact is needed. By healing the bio-plasmic body, the physical body is thus more able to engage in its own healing. 

 

Shamanism the oldest spiritual belief system known to man has stood the test of time encompassing all peoples from the American Indians and Australian Aborigines to the Celts and Picts of our own shores. It is a non religious system of beliefs, acknowledging that all life is a conscious being. Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT helps you access your body's own energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. It's based on tapping on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture, reducing the negative emotion or stress that you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy. This in turn allows for healing.
