You can write to the Public Inquiry in opposition to Chase Farm Trusts application to build 279 homes on the Hospital Site

Statements - Comments & Letters (in triplicate) must be received by the Inspectorate by 15th June (this deadline is an absolute).

If you wish to speak at the Inquiry you must say so in your letter - Although you can enter your letters without speaking & they will all be included & considered

Total Lack of Consultation & LBE Web Site Not Accessible

There were 2 applications decided relating to Innova Park & the housing development underway - Neither ELAG nor residents were consulted by LBE therefore the opportunity to raise comments has passed.

LBE's Planning Portal was O.O.O for 4 weeks so we couldn't access plans on line (& are rarely written to) - The web site is now working but LBE have removed ELAG from their site & we are not now listed on the community portal!

We await LBE's suggestion as to how they might consult with residents & their Association (ELAG) & what they object to on our site!

1 & 2 Lee House - Navigation Drive

Will now be converted to 5 x 2 bedroom flats with access onto South Ordnance Road & the Causeway junction - No infrastructure included of course!
