is a house just North of the village of St. Arvan, North of Chepstow, PostCode NP16 6EY   51.672051 North, -2.698551 East.

It was buiilt in 1921/22 by Charles Leigh Clay, the younger son of Henry Clay of Piercefield


Upon Charles's death in 1950, the property passed to his third & youngest son Patrick.

Patrick died childless in 2007, and the property passed to Chum, the second son of Johnny, Patrick's eldest brother.

When Chum died in 2014, the property then passed to his son Anto.
