When I looked at this photograph that Ken took yesterday, I realised that I don't often see the garden from this perspective. He stood with his back against the stone wall (next to the door used only by the LPG delivery man) with the branches of the willow tree framing a view across our 'hidden garden'. The crimson leaves of the acer in the foreground are a contrast to the fountains of cream-coloured broom along the heather bank.
