I spent several weeks mostly indoors after a knee replacement. When I ventured outdoors into the back garden at the end of March I realised Spring had arrived!

Daffodills are in bloom, leaves are opening on the apple trees, frog spawn has appeared in the pond, the early rhodies and cherry trees are blossoming. Even the weather has been unusually sunny and mild over the Easter holiday.
